June 19, 1981 - significant date, because then I have made happy mankind
with the occurrence on light. Till now I do not understand, why this day
do not allocate in a calendar with red colour. There was this wonderful
event in Donetsk city. From the special enthusiasmes in childhood can
allocate extraordinary draft something to set fire or to cut that at that
moment was under a hand. And from talents - not less extraordinary ability
to be lost. Initial formation(education) I have received in a Donetsk
Comprehensive school ¹3. In comparison with gold childhood, my school
years have passed peacefully and quietly (mainly). So than outstanding,
such as explosion of favourite school brag I can not. If to speak about
enthusiasmes of those years, it is better and to not list(transfer).
I began to be engaged very much much, but to finish something up to
mind(wit), to me as in a head did not come. After the ending 11 classes
I have accepted the fatal decision for the future - I have acted
on CS. It was certainly not absolutely what I dreamed all conscious life of.
In childhood, for example, I wanted to be either sapper, or director of toy
factory (though on abilities and so giff, I would accept work of the
imperceptible wrecker - in sense diversant) more. And during training in
the senior classes, me has pulled on naftalin (I began to be interested
in a history). Then to me in a head the ingenious idea has come,
that happens with me not so frequently, as it would be desirable. I have
decide to work in archeology. If to speak frankly, this employment
till now seems to me much more interestingly, than computer science take.
Why then I have acted on CS? I am simple has counted computer
technologies as more perspective direction, with a plenty of variants
on the future. Strangely enough, but I have appeared the rights. The
computer facilities seriously and for a long time was included in our
daily life, having mentioned even the most backward layers of the population.
And now on 5 item: to most "especial" to achievement during training at
university I take that I study to 5-th rate CS, and in general consider
training on CS and so fascinating enough to take a great interest still
in something on the party. As to motives of a choice of a theme of the
diplom, I consider it, as it is banal sounds, rather interesting and
useful. The processors by way of productivity have left far forward,
therefore there was a question on creation of architecture of memory
capable to ensure a required level of throughput to not constrain the
basic subsystem (processor). By the key moments by development of new
architecture of memory of steel increase of frequency of transfer of
the data, maintenance of the minimal delays, creation of maximum flexible
and scaled architecture and maintenance of the accessible price. And then

personally, it is an opportunity not only to receive new knowledge and to keep
abreast of last innovations in the market of information technologies, but also
to master skills of work in system of dynamic modeling for MATLAB - SIMULINK.
As to item 9, I not Nostradamus, also can not see the future. Besides I
essentially never think beforehand, because as soon as I begin to build
the far-reaching plans, something is necessary there are not so, and then
all of them follow as domino. And if to speak about prospects and about what
I would want by to be engaged further, that, I think, I would accept don't
heavy work in organization engaged in manufacture Rambus DRAM. Well it seems
also everything, that it was necessary to write by the plan. From myself I
can only add, that I hope safely to finish DonNTU, (that and you I wish, if
