Paul Gonchar

A short biography:

I Was Born on October 6, 1978 in Donetsk, Ukraine. I have finished 11-years secondary school N1 (Donetsk) with mathematical gradient. In 1995 entered the mechanical faculty of Donetsk State Technical University not on own desire. In 1996 I was finally transfered to the Computer Science faculty.

I have a Bachelor's degree in science "Computer Science" and have a gold diploma. I have written an article for deposition of subject "Research of Intel Pentium Pro's FPU erratum Dan-0411".

Nowdays, I'm studying in magistracy of Computer Science faculty. The subject of my research is "Research of performance of microprocessors with modern architectures", which includes the development of microprocessor's architecture, building its software model and explore its performance by means of program tests.

My interests:

I'm interested in architecture of microprocessors, ways of increasing their performance (pipelining and parallelizing of information processing ) and architecture of microcontrollers from the standpoint of parallelizing of the control process. I'm exploring the principles of building the microprocessors with two different architectures - RISC and CISC. I'm conducting research in the field of eliminating the flaws each of them. I'm also interested in using the microprocessors and specialized computer systems in robotics. I concern with searching for new directions in creating intelligent computer machines (may be not electronic).

I have ideas related to creation of a control computer for androids and some results of my own research of human brain's work algorithms (in particular brain of mine).
