Hello! This is my first webpage, so it is necessary to tell something about myself.

I was born on January, 3, 1985 in Donetsk in a family of employees.

At the age of two I studied the alphabet with my grandfather. All letters that I didn't know, I named the same: "Myaky nuck". It is a letter of Russian alphabet. It was very funny. When I was three, I seriously asked my mum, when she finally would buy me a jacket. She asked, "why?" I answered "How would I marry?!" I still remember, that at my grandmother's I climbed to the cupboard and took and swallowed almost all pills. It is a great luck to me to have an opportunity to write about it.

At the age of seven I went to school number 70 and to a group of English learners and musical school number 1 to study playing the piano. I remember, when I was waiting for my music lessons I used to ask my mum to give me different problems to solve. I really bored her with this, but I had just learned to count. At the same age I went in for staring at the atlas of the world, which I liked to look through, imagining myself travelling. Thus, I knew many countries with their capitals early before studying geography at school. My favourite construction set was to build houses. But it wasn't interesting to me, so I built planes, helicopters, spacecrafts with it. And the dearest models to me I left on paper as drawings so it was possible to build them later. All my relatives said that I would become a designer.

In the sixth form I won the district competition on mathematics for the first time. Then my teacher on maths found an interest in me. She was the best teacher at school, because though she was simply a teacher of maths, she knew and taught not only mathematics. I learned a lot of things from her, including a skill to defend my own point of view. And using this skill I had many disputes and quarrels with other teachers. There were even scandals sometimes. But still I have very good relations with my favourite teacher, and this is the most important thing. But at that time I found a great interest in mathematics and I won all district competitions next years and sometimes regional ones. Three times I joined the republic competition selections, but, unfortunately, never passed them. But I met many clever and interesting people. I used to be taught by many teachers of Donetsk National University. One of them was Palant Jury Aleksandrovich. He was a professor with amazing mind, however he hadn't been able to solve one puzzle with paintings for some months. Completely by chance I managed to solve it during a week.
For six years I had taken part in the international mathematical competition "Kangaroo" and for quite good results I went to Lvov twice to have a rest and visit huge amount of excursions. This city left the warmest impressions of the Western Ukraine.
From the eighth form I studied in regional internal-correspondence school called "Erudite", where I learned only mathematics. At first it was organized brilliantly. The lessons were held by best teachers and lecturers of our region. There were regular holidays and concerts. But gradually I lost my interest in the school. Actually, I didn't finish it because of my laziness.

Except mathematics I participated in district competitions on informatics, physics, chemistry, geography, biology and English. I even won some of them. For successes in studying I took part in the regional program connected with outstanding youth. I went to "Artek" in 1999, where I spent time perfectly and found a lot of friends. There were competitions, including musical one, which were devoted to a two-hundredth anniversary of A.S. Pushkin's birthday, and I had just graduated from musical school and played a waltz by Sviridov from musical illustrations to Pushkin's story "Snowstorm". Maybe, for this reason I took second place.

I finished school in 2002 with a gold medal. I had no idea where to go to study further. I didn't want to be engaged in mathematics itself. Therefore I dwelt my choice on programming as the most perspective for me. As I found out later Donetsk National Technical University gives the most useful and practical skills. So I joined it on September, 1, 2002.

I haven't chosen the direction of my profession yet and I try to learn as much as I can. Knowledge and skills from school allow me to get the main idea of the subject quite quickly. I can do it very well but everything can't get by without difficulties. I don't think of future, nobody knows it. I want to create something new but if I want to make it comprehensible, I must base it on standard knowledge. So now I'm just studying.

About my hobbies. Music takes an important place in my life. I listen to music of many styles, but I prefer rock with its great variety. I like to relax going to discos. I study to play a guitar. I try to compose music and to write verses. My favourite books I have ever read are written by M.Bulgakov, A.Chehov, P.Coelho, Osho, T.Dreiser, J. Salinger, G.R. Haggard, E.A. Poe. I'm studying English in experimental group of our university and I study technical English. As to sports I like almost all of kinds. From early classes I played many kinds of sports from chess up to skateboarding. I used to take part in teams of our class and our school participated in competitions on football, basketball and civil defence. Now I prefer basketball.

See you soon!
