The object of development is the program for record (rewriting) optical disks. The purpose of scientific work is development of the program for record of optical carriers of the data with use of program interface ASPI. Research of modes of record and file systems ISO 9660 and UDF. A method of development this studying of the technical literature, clauses and recommendations in the given direction, and as international standards and a hardware part of drives for record of optical disks. Result of work will be development of the program for record (rewriting) optical disks, such as CD, DVD, BD. Studying the given direction is not novelty, but meets the present requirements of technics. Results of the given work can be used both in practice, and in educational process. From the economic point of view of the program for data recording can be used for preservation of databases and a different kind of the information for greater reliability. And as present development of technics in the field of optical carriers and all quickly growing needs for volumetric carriers for reserve copying the data, grow. That the given program is actual at the given stage of development of technics{technical equipment} and will be actual in the future, because of flexible system complection with optical carriers.
